Veridian strengthens customer focus with senior leadership appointment

Cruise asset management software provider Veridian has announced the appointment of Kenneth Anhøj Jeppesen as Client Services Director.

Kenneth brings a wealth of knowledge from the marine sector, following a nine-year stint at Blue Water Shipping. His experience spans product, process and customer service, giving him a holistic view of client services and, ultimately, how to deliver greater value for customers.

As a member of Veridian’s Senior Leadership Team, Kenneth will bring strategic leadership to the role. He comments: “I’m excited to work with Veridian as the industry leader. There are some brilliant opportunities we can unlock. AMOS is an unbeatable product and Veridian’s people are the best in the business. Of course I wanted to be part of that.”

Kenneth has spent the summer with Veridian’s Client Services team which has enabled him to bring more exciting and proactive ideas to drive the department forward.

He added: “I’m keen to bring in best practice around cross-team knowledge and skills, which will naturally result in an even smoother customer experience. With that, we will be able to further strengthen customer relationships.

“I also want to improve how we celebrate and showcase our value. We’re quietly operating at a high level and delivering exceptional solutions – let’s be proud of that. The team’s technical depth and knowledge is a huge strength at Veridian and a huge differentiator.”

Chief Commercial Officer Tom Coleman said: “We’re thrilled to have Kenneth onboard. His clear customer focus and deep industry knowledge made him stand out through the hiring process.”
