Q1 Technology Update

Veridian Building Momentum: Focus on Technology Innovation

2025 was a phenomenal year of technology enhancement and progress for the Veridian business. As we head into 2026, our focus remains firmly on delivering against our technology strategy through agile innovation with our customers, and further evolving the AMOS™️-X Platform to meet the needs of the cruise industry.

Here are some of the important and exciting updates as we kick off the new year:

  1. AMOS™️-X 5.3 Release

The latest version, AMOS™️-X 5.3, was released at the end of December 2025 and includes significant improvements, a few items of note are:

  • Inventory Enhancements
    • Streamlined Stock Issuance processes for greater efficiency and improved onboard inventory management
  • Maintenance Enhancements
    • Automated work order issuing process
    • Improved searchability within function hierarchy and work orders
  • Supply Chain
    • Quotation review enhancements to improve the review and comparison of quotations
    • Enhancements to alternate and replacement parts
  1. R&D Team Updates

On January 5th, we implemented key changes within the Veridian R&D function to ensure we are set up for success in 2026 and beyond:

  • Adrian Gonzalez – Director of Product Development
    • Leading the dedicated Veridian development team to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Chris Brown – Head of Product Management
    • Transitioning internally from Head of ServicePlus Operations
    • Focus on aligning new product development with customer needs. Chris will engage directly with customers to identify, prioritize, and define requirements.
  1. 2026 Priorities

Our priorities for the year include:

  • Driving continuous innovation in AMOS™️-X to deliver enhanced functionality and user experience with a particular focus on supply chain management and dry dock management.
  • Strengthening customer collaboration to ensure our solutions meet evolving industry needs.
  • Adoption support, including several AMOS™️-X deployment projects and customer migrations to the new platform.
  • Investing in security and compliance to maintain trust and reliability.
  • Accelerating agile development practices for faster, high-quality releases.

As the cruise industry evolves at pace, Veridian stands ready to support our clients with the agility, expertise, and innovative spirit that define us. With continued investment in our platform, people, and partnerships, we are well positioned to support our customers and drive meaningful progress across the cruise industry.
