I have been working at Veridian for 1.5 years.

Can you provide a background on your role at Veridian

I began my work at Veridian in the role of general customer support and have since transitioned to providing support as a member of the ServicePlus team.

What do you get up to in a normal working day?

My daily work includes monitoring ServicePlus systems, communicating with and fulfilling unique client requests, as well as identifying opportunities to deliver clients fresh and custom solutions.

Favorite thing about working at Veridian?

I think we have an excellent team/work culture, and that translates to my favorite aspect of being able to tackle quite difficult tasks in a manageable and often exciting way.

What do you get up to in your spare time?

I like to spend my spare time by day pushing myself on challenging hikes, and by night, trying to work through my ever-expanding list of excellent movies.

What is your favorite Cruise Ship?

I'm in awe by Royal Caribbean's Oasis Class ships, particularly Wonder of the Seas, for its sheer size and aesthetic!
