We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and skilled in stakeholder management. This role is part of the Global Services Delivery team, focusing on providing timely and effective support to our Cruise customers.

What will you be doing?

You will be involved in deploying and implementing solutions across a variety of product lines and providing end-user training to ensure seamless adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Prioritise customer service and support colleagues as needed.
  • Configure and test systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct on-site visits for implementation, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide tailored training and guidance to customers on system usage.
  • Create custom training documentation for internal and external use.
  • Assist with compiling database specifications and business process documents.

Are you the ideal candidate?

If you have knowledge of the Cruise industry and expertise in AMOS technical systems, we would love to hear from you!

  • Knowledge of AMOS Business Suite Core (M&P) product and periphery products (i.e. APPS)
  • AMOS Database Structure/Schema knowledge (core tables)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of architecture and infrastructure for customer software as well as any peripheral products
  • Knowledge of Information systems/Technology
  • Base knowledge/understanding of maritime business processes
  • Understanding of RDBMS principles/methodology
  • Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Ability to produce AMOS Configuration/Design (Functional) Technical Documentation
  • Ability to perform basic end user/advanced user training courses (clients)
  • Ability to perform AMOS products installations/setup
